getting back

To all of you reading this, welcome back to my blog.

getting back after being down

I was away doing life and in in this process the Lord has been exceptionally merciful and gracious. This is why I wanted to get back to each of you and share some of the ways the Lord has brought new life into my life.

My intent would be to share little nuggets of thoughts I found as I prayed, worshipped, studied the Bible and heard a few Bible based messages online and offline.

I know these will help many of us get out of a tight spot like they did to me.

So please take a moment to read through and be blessed. And yes, please share a comment or thought so I know you’re listening.

Your happiness matters.

The Love of the Anointing

the anointing makes the difference

I was jobless, money less and hopeless for an extended time starting from 2012.

Up until that time, my family was well settled.

I had a great job as a senior tele-sales manager, managing’s middle east business. I was mentoring multiple sales teams and together we were the most awarded unit across all of’s over 40 offices worldwide.

Then the attack from the enemy came.

Stealthy, almost invisible. I never realized it was an attack because it seemed so innocuous.

Years later, after much financial and emotional struggle, I managed to get on a plane to Dubai for an interview with the CEO of a leading Training firm called RPM. I had to get this job.

We were already on the edge of everything. Tired, frustrated, without money and no peace.

Even as I walked into the interview, my wife was praying back home, in another country. I had prepared a presentation and future business plan for the meeting.

The CEO welcomed me to his cabin. I asked for his permission to share the presentation on my laptop.

“you’ve prepared a business plan without even knowing much about my business?” He said, raising his eyebrows in amusement. With an inquisitive smile he leaned forward in his chair and asked me to go ahead.

After I began, I noticed that he fidgeted restlessly. It was like he had seen it all and heard it all and wanted me to get on with it and show him something he hadn’t seen before.

I reached a slide titled “My Vision for RPM”.

The bullet point read “To make RPM the best training firm in the region”.

I noticed that the CEO suddenly sat up in his chair, his expression changed and he was staring at me as though he was hit by a ton of bricks.

“Did you sneak up into my cabin before today”? He asked with a curious expression.

“No. I just landed in Dubai last week, and this is my first visit to your office”. I responded.

“There’s something going on here Clement” He continued. “How on earth did you come up with that”? he inquired pointing to the statement on my laptop.

“It came to mind when I was thinking of what I would do if given an opportunity to work with your firm”. I replied.

Still looking puzzled, he leaned back and told me to look at the whiteboard hung on the wall beside his desk.

I turned to face the whiteboard and saw a note handwritten with a red marker “Make RPM the best training firm in the region” It was a vision he had written when he had started his business some years back.

Let me cut the story here in order to say this. I got the job. And life once again changed for me and my family. How did it happen? Because the spirit of the Lord made it all happen.

Today, with Covid all around, I was spending time thinking about how God has protected my family and brought us out of situations which were more overwhelming than Covid.

Everywhere I look there is anxiety. Many are fearful and wondering what the future holds.

It reminded me of the situations I faced until redemption came through penitent prayers and seeking God’s Word and reliance on His Holy Spirit.

So, I took out pen drives on which I had noted day to day events during those days of being jobless until God restored all things.

I wanted to remind myself of all the bible-based content which I know is the only thing that turned my mourning into dancing and made the difference to my situation.

Beginning with this post, I will be sharing:

  1. Some of the specific situation linked prayers
  2. Notes taken from anointed sermons
  3. Biblical confessions prepared that are based on powerful scripture verses
  4. Practical action plans
  5. Tools related to prayer and bible study
  6. Templates like how to journal
  7. Other content which helped me get out of my hopeless situation and restored honour and respect to me and my family.

Yes those were difficult times we faced, but looking back, it turned out to be a time where I prayed like never before, read the Bible more, made notes, listened to anointed messages, had time to meditate, sometimes worship all through the night and drew closer to God.

Until I started off on reading the Bible and doing Bible based confessions, I had not realized the power of their impact. So, I strongly encourage anyone reading this to make it a point to consider a time of reading the Word and doing bible-based confessions each day. I cannot emphasize the value of this. If you need help or advise in creating the right bible-based confessions for your unique situations, please let me know and I will try to help.

Some content is available with me and I am thankful to God for helping me preserve some of these things even though I lost much of the information I had originally saved.

What I learnt during that time is life altering and I want to share those tips and secrets with some of you reading this post.

But there are a few conditions.

  1. I will need a request and your consent before I share this life changing content and concepts with you.
  2. I need you to be expectant to find your own breakthrough through faith in His Word and childlike trust in the Name of Jesus His Son.
  3. Once you receive your breakthrough, I need you to be alert to it and testify to the Glory of God and proclaim the Name of Jesus.
  4. You must remember to save some of the tips, scriptures, confessions and other content which helped you and pass it on for others to be blessed.

Remember that all of this is the outcome of:

  1. Regular days of fasting
  2. Many all-night praise and worship sessions
  3. Diligent, earnest, straightforward and honest prayer
  4. Dedicated time spent in reading the Bible
  5. Searching to find deeper meaning and truths from the Bible
  6. Finding ways to meditate and worship God in a way that was right and pleasing to Him
  7. Asking for Wisdom from the Holy Spirit to find anointed sermons
  8. Seeking help from the Holy Spirit to put all of this together

That is why I hope to make sure it reaches people who will have respect and are in need for such content, tools and materials.

I have randomly picked up the below content which was one of the messages that inspired me during that time. This was based on notes taken from listening to a sermon by Brother Kenneth Hagin whose teachings were a great source of strength to me during those difficult times. Please note that I will be presenting the information just as I had made a note of without editing so please pardon any typo’s and other errors. This was taken sometime during the year 2015.

Today on wards, be prepared to receive a touch from God and a visitation from the Holy Spirit wherever you are. And as you read the below content, may your bondages be broken and healing flow into your life and circumstances. In Jesus Name.

“Removing burdens and destroying yokes is an act of Love. it is the Love of the anointing that swore in blood.

The Lord asked me, Did I come because you were struggling with sin, sickness, demons and fear?

I did not come because of that. He said.

That’s not the only reason why I came. I came because the Father so loved the world that He sent me.

Jesus came to please the Father and the Father is not pleased with me full of sin, sickness, demons and fear.

He’s not pleased with me hurting. Not pleased with my finances being in a mess and He’s not pleased until I’m free.

I receive my healing not because i’m hurting, not because Jesus came and died.

It goes a step beyond that. Because Jesus came, bled and died to please the Father and He won’t be pleased until I will.

So I will receive my healing to please my Father

and I will receive my healing to please Jesus who came to please the Father

This one revelation turned Brother Kenneth Copelands life around.

This one revelation changed the entire course of his life.

I heard myself say

Satan it gives my Father great pleasure to rebuke you

and it gives Him great pleasure for you to flee

and I take great pleasure in it myself.

Now get out of my life and my situations and release my finances, my health, my business, my work, my success, my peace and anything that you have held until now through my ignorance and flee in the mighty name of Jesus Christ in whose name I declare and decree that I am healed and delivered by the Blood of the Lord Jesus and His Anointing

I declare a state of healing miracles including creative miracles coming into my life in Jesus Name

I am going to be in a receiving mode throughout this week, this month, this year and throughout my life.

I shall receive the blessings of the Lord.

In Jesus Name. Amen’.

Friend, I trust this post has blessed you and helped you.

If it has, I would like you to comment and let me know if you would like me to share more such nuggets which I have culled during my difficult times, content which is filled with the power of the Holy Spirit, content which has the power to destroy the yoke and set you free from every burden.

I experienced relief and restoration through the reading and meditation on these and would be certainly happy to pass them on to those of you looking to break free from depression, financial problems, issues with relationships, job problems, health worries, uncertainty of the future, fear, hopelessness, guilt because of past mistakes, anxiety and so much more.

The power of God’s Word inherent through the different messages that I have studied and summarized will help you. Please, let me know if you would like to receive them.

Thank you for reading my post and I pray that God will lead you and guide you through whatever situation you are facing and that He alone will be your help and restore your honour.

Don’t forget to subscribe and comment so you can receive notification of the different prayers, confessions, declarations and anointed message notes that I will be sharing in the coming days.

Each of these have helped me and my family break free from bondage and are leading us into an abundant life in all areas of finance, health, peace, joy and are providing us with blessings like we have never experienced before.

May you too experience the abundant life which God has planned for you.

don’t be degenerate

“You will not be able to go through life without being discovered: a lighted candle cannot be hid. There is a feeling among some good people that it will be wise to be very reticent, and hide their light under a bushel. They intend to lie low all the war time, and come out when the palms are being distributed. They hope to travel to heaven by the back lanes, and skulk into glory in disguise. Ah me, what a degenerate set!” (Spurgeon)

I searched out synonyms for the word “degenerate” and here’s a quick round up of what the power thesaurus blurted out: debauched, sinful, perverted, debased, low, outrageous, foul, corrupt, spoiled….ouch! ouch! ouch!

Am I guilty of any of those?

Yes Sir!

Do I feel condemned?

No Sir.

At least not any more.

Because of Romans 8:1 which say’s “There is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus”.

The message translation elaborates it like this; “With the arrival of Jesus, the Messiah, that fateful dilemma is resolved. Those who enter into Christ’s being-here-for-us no longer have to live under a continuous, low-lying black cloud. A new power is in operation. The Spirit of life in Christ, like a strong wind, has magnificently cleared the air, freeing you from a fated lifetime of brutal tyranny at the hands of sin and death.”

Now that’s a verse if ever there was one.

And I receive it and proclaim it over my past “degenerate” self and I get to chin up and smile again without the heavy weight of condemnation tugging me down.

Isn’t that amazing?

The picture of Christ lugging that heavy cross, bleeding and bruised, broken, stripped of every form of dignity, debased and abused to the extreme, made reprobate and violated is all I need to shove in the face of the Devil each time he tries to bring on any guilt or shame to condemn me. It is Finished! I have been given a clean chit. The judgement has been decided in my favour. Christ has won the battle and victory is mine in Jesus Name.

So arise my friend, you who are reading this, and Christ shall give you light.

3 ideas for an uncommon future after the lock down

Hey everybody, it’s Benjamin and I hope you’re doing the best you can to make life happen during the extended lock-down! Look I know we’re all going to soon kick off into the rest of the year, 2020, after a sudden, unexpected gap. But right now I know it’s a bit different to look ahead and be excited, I also know people are overwhelmed about just how to think about what’s next, so here’s a few ideas for you, which are actually ideas I too have been pondering in my mind as the day’s fleet by.

  1. Elevate Your Life Lust

This one goal should be numero uno as you go into establishing your get-up-and-go plan. Please focus on this one thing and position it as the first and foremost thing: elevate your life lust. Most people, looking into the future, are setting goals that are shackled by their current circumstances, their past record, or their tough spots. Some are attempting to arrange their ambitions based on just what their range of skills are now. But remember, as you’re stepping out into a post COVID-19 world, you have the ability to develop new competencies, you will have new opportunities, you definitely have more foresight, way more sagacity now. So make sure you are framing edgeless goals, not goals tethered by where you’re at or what you’ve achieved or where you’ve been but rather what’s important to you as you live life now. think about what excites you. Think of where you want to go, what you would like to accomplish, what are you looking forward to give others, how much are you willing to serve, what is that new life adventure that you want to go on?

Your new bucket of goals, plans, relationships, ideas and works should be those that are de-linked from the limitations of the past.

Singularly, this is the most important point of all.

Many are already drawing up elaborate plans on how to rebound. Recuperate. Recover. Many are setting up detailed bounce-back plans. Setting up goals by the book. I’m not doing that. Although the temptation is to sit down and create a task-list of top-priorities and then find a way to tick them off one by one. No, don’t do the ordinary.

Set up inarticulate, dopey goals, but make sure they are anchored on the extraordinary, goals that seem so insane and outlandish. All my life I heard people say that people achieve goals that are kept simple, heck no. What those people are achieving really is a tick mark against some goofy to-do list, and that does not lead to an elevated lifestyle. Scratching things off a bucket list does not lift you to the kind of life I want you to reimagine nor will it help you acquire the competencies that will help you get there.

  1. Pinpoint Competencies to Amplify

Right here is the big idea that trails the first. Take time to decode what are the top skills you’re going to need to not just survive, but thrive in this new post COVID-19 era which will give you leverage to start moving yourself forward with more thrust.

So here’s what you gotta do. Split what are the top three to five skills that you need to demonstrate expertise in, whether it’s in soft skills like complex problem-solving, people management, adaptability, emotional intelligence, communications, creative writing, to hard skills like ethical hacking, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, data analytics, UX design, affiliate marketing, sales or video production, or any other competency that you need to develop—make a chart for the remainder of 2020. I really mean for you to block out the time to develop and refine those skills. I think that’s going to be truly pivotal.

  1. Resize the Good You Do

Here’s number three: as we get set to go Into a whole new world I’m asking myself along with everybody within my sphere of influence to do a very simple thing which is to double up on the good that you do in the world. Reflect on the past way’s you have provided value to the world.

Think about how you serve the world right now, whether in the way you treat your girl, your boy-friend, your family, the ways in which you treat your work colleagues, the manner in which you deal with your customers, the attitude you maintain with your friends, in-laws, siblings, how you serve the church, treat your pastor, how you care for  your congregation, your fans, your leaders, your ___________.

Ask yourself; How can you double up the good? In every sphere of your life. Is there a way you can increase the value you give? Can you double the happiness by making slight changes?

I specially want you to do that because there will be a lot of people who will get out there and will be confused. Many are not scared of how or what they will achieve but they’re worried about how to harmonize, adjust and align themselves to the changes that may be required at work, business, relationships and in life. Many know they got the capacity to do a lot more, to give more, but they are not satisfied with the difference they are able to make. They are confused as to the impact they are having on the world they are living in. They want to know in the ultimatum that what they did mattered.

So I urge you to start thinking on these things. Because they are going to matter much in the next phase of your life. It’s not only about achieving success and earning more money and all that, while all that is definitely going to be part of the equation, what’s really important is that you start seeing how you can do more good in all that you do. Focus on doing more of the good, be more awesome in your relationships, become better in your workplace, deliver better results, accomplish more, collaborate more.

In closing this post, I want to say something that’s quite simple.

I feel blessed to be alive.

As you look all around you, I want you to think about the power of that blessing. Take a moment to reflect on that with some reverence. Be grateful to God for keeping you safe through all that went on around you, around the whole world. There will be stories that will emerge of untold hardship. Along with stories of great triumph.

Be grateful that you get to experience thinking of a fresh new start.

Just the fact that you are breathing right now, as you read this, that you are able to start anew, to think about what you want to do in the days ahead, to plan how you can use your time, skills and talents, — that’s a true blessing.

So I want you to really think about this last idea more deeply. Think of what could happen if you stayed focused. If you serve better. If you bring more momentum into your life. If you determine to really make a difference to someone else. Not just in words but in action. That you woke up each day with unbridled willingness to give something of value to your whole world.

Think of the outcomes you will build as you did that, not just in the first few day’s after the lock-down is over, but across the rest of the year. What could happen if you raise your competency and maintained the rhythm. What could happen if you showed more gratitude. Had more reverence for the things you took for granted. If you showed up each day with the intent to give more, be more. I think that you will get up once this season is over with a new zeal that will help you shrug off all the limitations of the past and propel you into a future you always dreamt of.

As we all await the next steps in the battle against COVID-19, I’m sending love to you, your family, and everybody who you are connected with in this world. Thank you for being part of my community. A community I am hoping to build that will make a difference. I really appreciate you for reading my post and I want to wish you, your family, your loved ones, and your extended relationships everywhere a safe end to the lock-down and a happy entry into the post COVID life ahead.

Intimidatingly Rich

Today the Lord is speaking to those of you who are feeling poor.

Poor in your mind, in your body, in your spirit, in your relationships, in your finances, in your marriage and any other area you may be in.

The same God who blessed Isaac and made him rich according to Genesis 26:13, NIV: “The man became rich, and his wealth continued to grow until he became very wealthy.”

in fact it goes on to describe that Isaac became so rich that the King became intimated of his growth and success:

Genesis 26:16

Finally, Abimelech told Isaac: “Leave. You’ve become far too big for us.”

Today, as I was thinking of the lock down and sitting in prayer, the enemy was prodding me with different thoughts. Thoughts of certain areas where there is lack, of not having things the way I want or would have liked. And God wanted me to rebuke those thoughts and I began speaking out loudly as the spirit of the Lord enabled me.

And I was compelled to quickly start typing and share the words so that many of you who are struggling with negative and fearful thoughts may also be able to speak these into your life and transform your situation. So take a minute, go to a quite place where the is no disturbance and speak these out as loud as you can:

The same God who blessed Isaac is going to bless me as well

As long as the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob Lives, I shall not be put to shame any more and the same God will restore my honour

In place of lack I shall have plenty

In place of sickness I shall have health

In place of foolishness I shall have wisdom

In place of poverty I shall have prosperity

In place of weakness I shall have strength

In place of confusion I shall have soundness of mind

In place of feeling intimidated I shall be the one who intimidates

In place of uncertainty I shall have surety thorough God’s promises

In place of fear I shall have courage and confidence

In place of worry I shall have vision

Oh yes, the Great God Jehovah, the God of who gave wisdom to Solomon, the God who gave favour to Joseph, the God who gave victory to David, the God who gave leadership and strength to Moses, the God who gave rest and peace to Noah, the God who gave speed to Elijah that he girded up his loins and ran faster than the kings chariot, the same God is giving me supernatural speed to catch up to my vision.

So no matter if your vision has been delayed or slowed down, stop thinking about it and feeling guilty

God is on the throne and as long as He is on the throne, you have a chance to redeem yourself.

The same Spirit which raised Jesus from the dead is available to raise your dead situations.

Wash yourself.

Cleanse yourself.

Cook up your best meal.

Sit up and praise the Lord God Almighty.

Thank Him for being your provider, your sustainer, your helper, your hope, your deliverer in the past.

It is He who will continue to show Himself faithful in your future.

Get back on your feet.

Get up and get ready to do mighty exploits for Him and through Him.

It is time for you to dominate your circumstances.

It is time for you to become the Intimidator and stop being Intimidated.

Tongue Sins

Johnny, Johnny, yes, papa
Eating sugar? No, papa
Telling lies? No, papa
Open your mouth, hahaha!

For some reason, I was reminded of the childhood nursery rhyme.

I can relate to it now to the times I have opened my mouth to reveal what was truly in my heart. Anger, frustration, bitterness, envy, lust, pride, conceit, love, joy, happiness, satisfaction, encouragement and the list goes on with both negative and positive things that came out of my mouth.

I can now fully agree what the Word of God say’s in Proverbs 18:21 “Life and Death are in the power of the tongue”.

Our speech reveals what kind of a Person, Leader, Spouse, Parent, Employee, Pastor, Christian or whatever else we are.

Our tongues may be used, for the glory of God and for the blessing of others; or they may be misused, bringing sorrow and tears to others.

That’s why i’m so thankful to Sophie for reminding me of this in her latest video uploaded on YouTube.

I would urge you to view this video on YouTube, and please write a comment to encourage  Sophie and forward it to a loved one or someone you know who can benefit from the timely reminder.

And I specially hope and pray for each of you to consider using your tongue with much more restraint and control, especially when you’re about to speak out something negative. I urge you, some things are better unsaid because there can be no taking back or undo button on some of the things we say in haste.

Anything crippling in your life?

Good Friday Everyone!

Today I would like to share a message of the goodness of God over our life.

The God who created us, had a plan to redeem us through the Blood of Jesus on the Cross.

Let us align ourself to that plan of redemption so that it may be well with us and our family, our finances, our health, our relationships, our children, our ministry and everything pertaining life.

Has God been good to you? Have you been kept safe and brought out from a difficult situation?

I would encourage you to post your comments and testimonies on YouTube as a thanksgiving offering and a memorial to what God has done in your life.

The world needs to see and know what Jesus Has Done in your life through this special day.

Hands Off

“Be still and you will know that I am God. I will be exalted in the earth. I will be exalted among the heathen” Psalm 46:10

My Dear Brother & Sister,

As we stand on the threshold of another Good Friday, I wanted to share a Word on a topic that many of us miss out and in turn miss out on the peace of God that is actually available for us.

Being still is a vital requirement for walking in the realm of the miraculous. Many people miss God’s best through anxiety and haste which the Bible likens to foolishness. Isn’t it time we stopped being foolish?

The Bible says you have no cause for haste; “He that believeth shall not make haste” (Isaiah 28:16). You have no reason for anxiety. The word says, “Which of you by taking thought can add one cubit onto his stature. And why take ye thought for raiment. Consider the lilies of the field how they grow, they toil not, neither do they spin” Matthew 6:27-28

You must hands off the matter completely before God will take over. God will not intervene as long as you hold on to an alternative.

“The Lord will fight for you and you will hold your peace” Exodus 14:14

The reason God is so far from many believers today is that they will not hold their peace. It is written,”…In quietness and in confidence shall your strength be: and ye would not. But ye said, No; for we will flee upon horses, therefore shall ye flee: and, we will ride upon the swift; therefore shall they that pursue you be swift” Isaiah 30: 15-16

Again it is written, “I have cried concerning this that their strength is to sit still” Isaiah 30:7

If really you are targeting a miraculous life, you must be still. In your quietness you will be able to catch the “still small voice.” Then you will have your miracle. Reflect on the story of Elijah, the prophet (1 Kings 19). When he was complaining and murmuring, he had no solution to his problems. But as he laid down quietly, the still small voice came and that gave him the way out. You cannot afford to be hysterical if you must lay hold on miracles.

May I urge you, hold your peace. Let not the circumstances overwhelm you. Know that He who has begun a good work in you is faithful to complete it.

May the peace of God that passeth all understanding enter into your tired mind as you read this.

Cheering you,

Time to Agree Together

I know the time is unusual.

It’s a time when we all need something out of the ordinary to lift us up and help us know that everything’s going to be alright.

That’s why i’m reposting this video message which I copied from Sophie’s site so that some of you who missed it will be able to see and be blessed.

I believe there is fervent prayer that goes behind the making of each video and that is what is expressed under the anointing of the Holy Spirit. I am saying this from my own experience of watching these videos that  each time I feel the spirit of the Lord touch me and strengthen me and bring peace.

Read what the Word of God say’s in Matthew 18: 19 quoted from the Living Bible

“I also tell you this—if two of you agree down here on earth concerning anything you ask for, my Father in heaven will do it for you.

Let me therefore encourage you to comment on the youtube video agreeing with the spoken Word of God.  Please also subscribe to the channel and share the video with others in your network and you will see signs and wonders manifest in your life. This is absolutely sure. Because this is the Word of the Lord and it will not return to him Void. That is God’s promise to those who believe.

I pray that even as you watch, you will experience healing in your body, a touch of God for your mind and the abundant provision of God for all that you need.

Situations will begin to change right before your eyes.

Right now, people are scared to simply breathe.

Many are in survival mode. Exhausted.

Some still respond with: It’s your fault.

Are you experiencing loneliness?

Are you tasting weariness, anxiety and stress like never before?

This is your invitation to rest.

Seriously. This is what I considered recently after going through an agonizing period ever since this whole COVID thing came up.

Until a few day’s back I didn’t really know how to get a handle on things. I still haven’t. but it gave me time to begin an investigative journey through the Bible to see what God has to say when situations overwhelm you. Some of the discoveries during this time are life changing, IF I can stick with them once this situation is over and done with.

“Come to me all who are weary and heavy-laden … and I will give you rest for your souls.” – Matthew 11:28

I’m so glad Jesus doesn’t say, “Come to me all of you who are happy, cheerful and optimistic.” I can relate better to ‘weary’ and yes, ‘heavy-laden’. And that’s how I decided to go to Jesus, regardless of how I was feeling: distracted, numb and  discouraged. Right now, I’m so glad to be vulnerable. Knowing the more vulnerable I am, the more Glory God gets when He gets me out.

Here’s what I’ve been doing which I would encourage you to try.

It’s a great time to get together with a confidante and share the deep things going on in your life. But make sure it’s within the boundaries of social-distancing. The key is to invest this time in getting back to family, friends, acquaintances who were either long forgotten, ignored, or simply cut off. Some because of a misunderstanding. Many with some reason or the other which you may or may not even remember. And some because of no reason enough to merit such action. My urge however is for you to make the first move, don’t wait for them to call. You take the initiative and reach out to them. I think you will be glad you did.

As I look around, I’m stunned by the silence. Someone said, “If I were allowed to prescribe just one remedy for all the ills of the modern world, I would prescribe silence.” I can see how right he was. The silence is healing.

I’m glad to take a radical break from the routine and get some rest and enjoy silence. I have never felt so near to God to an extent where I can almost hear Him except if it wasn’t for this silence.

Friend, can you pause and consider could God be inviting you to deeper intimacy through rest?

As we go through the remaining days of Lock-down, I don’t know what your situation is like, but I’d encourage you to rest and only move as God prompts you, inspired by His voice, trusting in His goodness, rather than fear. It’s time to Trust God one day at a time.

And if possible, make yourself a daily cup of coffee or tea. Stretch out in your most comfortable spot and put your feet up. Drink slowly. Enjoy the rest.

Sometimes the most spiritual thing a person can do is get enough rest and replenishment.

I would be glad to hear when some of you try this out and also to learn of how some of you are finding creative ways of coping up with this, so please share your thoughts and comments.

My Best.
